Another safety feature which is almost mandatory within most vehicles is the airbag. These things are put in cars so as to provide a cushion for the passengers whenever the car has a strong impact with anything. These things are familiar to most drivers and have saved thousands of lives to date. Airbags are positioned in strategic places all around the car to help minimize injuries for the passengers. There are many other different safety features found in cars today. Some of them are quite subtle but a number of people around the world owe their lives to these safety features. One more example of safety features found in cars that focus more on theft rather than vehicular accidents would be the enhanced glass placed within vehicles. These things are incredibly tough and will prevent theft as it requires a lot of force to break open, which keeps the valuables, and the car itself, safe from any sort of criminal harboring ill intent.
